Baily Thomas Provident Fund

The Baily Thomas Provident Fund is for the benefit of former employees
of Mansfield Brewery PLC and its subsidiary companies. The web site is a
forum for the 'Trustees' of the Provident Fund to communicate with the Beneficiaries of the Fund, with the purpose of:

• identifying the Beneficiaries of the Fund

• explaining the circumstances under which a claim can be made

• offering guidance to Beneficiaries on how to make a claim to the Fund

• informing Beneficiaries of the Fund's latest developments
