Beneficiaries Grant Towards the Purchase of a Computer

Beneficiaries wishing to apply for a grant towards the purchase of a computer should request an application form in the normal way and wait for the Trustees' decision. If a grant is made, the letter confirming this to the individual will detail the process to enable purchase. The grant is made once, up to a maximum of £500 per family.

Beneficiaries should not make any purchase and apply for reimbursement.

Participative Sports Club Membership Fee Allowance

In 2008 the Trustees of the Baily Thomas Provident Fund approved grants for membership of sports clubs to all former Mansfield Brewery employees.

The Terms & Conditions have been updated in June 2011, all beneficiaries are requested to read the revised Sports Membership Q&A and then contact Denise Wilson on 01623 473290. The office is open Monday-Thursday.
